How do we count signatures?
A signature refers to one person’s signature. If a document is signed by two people, it counts as two signatures.
Who pays for the signatures?Important
The document owner covers the cost of all collected signatures. If three people sign, three signatures are used. This applies to paid plan users only.
What’s included in the signature price?
Dokobit supports Qualified, Advanced, and Simple Electronic Signatures (as defined by eIDAS). The price of each signature includes a qualified timestamp. You can view signature prices by country.
Are signatures legally valid long-term?
Yes. All signatures made in the Dokobit portal are prepared for long-term preservation. This applies to paid plan users only.
